This is version 1 of our Policy Setting up a Community dated 15 November 2010.
Qualitysheet is very concerned about the use of trademarks, names, brands and other signs (hereinafter “Brands”) on its platform.
Qualitysheet will only tolerate genuine use of Brands on its platform as set forth under its Brand Policy. Therefore:
When setting up a community as a Brand fan, you declare not to use such Brand in the course of trade, unless you are empowered by the rightful proprietor of the Brand.
When taking ownership of a Brand community, you declare to be empowered by the rightful proprietor of the Brand.
You must at all times disclose your affiliation with the Brand when setting up a community.

When you claim ownership of a Brand, you become the Brand Ambassador.
When a Brand community doesn’t have a Brand Community Manager, you may opt to become the Brand Community Manager.
A Brand Community Manager has the responsibility to monitor that community and manage messages, users, brand images, brand intro texts, community widgets and alerts.
If Qualitysheet feels that you don’t adequately monitor your Brand Community, Qualitysheet may decide to remove you as Brand Community Manager.
As Brand Ambassador you may manage messages, users, Brand images, Brand intro texts, community widgets and alerts. You may overrule Brand images and Brand intro texts posted by the Brand Community Manager.
When acting as a Brand Community Manager or as a Brand Ambassador, you must at all times act in a honest and fair way and never abuse your authority over the community. You must manage your community in accordance with our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and report any abuse or infringement to us via the applicable Complaint Procedure.
You can be Brand Community Manager or Brand Ambassador of maximum ten Brands at the same time.
